Microbial testing applications can be configured for automated pass/fail analysis, with contamination flagged immediately as microbial growth is detected.
STERILITY TESTING
The calView software has a module optimized for rapid sterility testing workflows across Symcel’s calScreener and caloTrace platforms. It supports coordinated dual-temperature measurements aligned with pharmacopeial sterility testing methods, enabling broad microbial detection while automatically consolidating results into a single report with clear positive/negative interpretation. Continuous real-time heat flow monitoring enables early contamination detection, while the non-destructive workflow preserves positive samples for downstream investigation, supporting faster and more informed sterility decisions.
21 CFR PART 11 DATA INTEGRITY
The optional calView data security module is designed to support compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for electronic records and electronic signatures. Features including user authentication, role-based access control, signatures, audit trails, and secure document management help ensure data integrity, traceability, and accountability throughout the testing workflow.
