FEASABILITY STUDIES
We offer testing services to help you explore the potential in your application before committing to a system. Simply send your samples and we will design and run experiments tailored to your application with corresponding report and conclusions. Performing a proof-of-concept and feasibility study can ensure matrix suitability for your samples, including raw materials, in-process materials, and final products.
For rapid microbial testing evaluations of pharmaceuticals, food products, and consumer goods, we offer both smaller studies and comprehensive method suitability evaluations, including compendial microorganisms as well as a broader range of additional species.
BIOCALORIMETRY TESTING TO ADVANCE YOUR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Biocalorimetry reveals real-time cell and microbial metabolism, offering insights into growth, inhibition, and cellular responses. We support research and development teams with customized biocalorimetry studies tailored to specific applications, sample types, and analytical goals. The method can handle a wide range of samples, including complex product matrices, and enables early detection and continuous kinetic monitoring of biological activity.
Our team works closely with you to design and execute studies, ensuring reliable data and actionable insights across research, product development, and material evaluation.
APPLICATION AND REGULATORY SUPPORT
Our application scientists and clinical development team work closely with you to support method development and implementation. We help define the right experimental conditions, parameters, and workflows to generate robust and reproducible results. This includes considerations for method suitability, validation strategies, and documentation to facilitate use in quality control and regulated environments.
INSTALLATION, SERVICE AND TRAINING
We support installation, calibration and ongoing operation of your system to ensure reliable performance over time. Our services include system setup, user training, and continuous technical support, helping you maintain consistent results and minimize downtime.
With qualified commissioning of your Symcel system and regular service, you can ensure optimal performance and extend the lifetime of your equipment.
